Family entertainment centre · fit-out. Full electrical fit-out from the ground up for main contractor Wallace Construction — DB board, power and lighting circuits designed zone by zone for the arcade floor, laser tag arena and bowling lanes, plus emergency and exit lighting and containment through back-of-house and point-of-sale. Delivered in step with the construction programme so other trades kept moving.
Bruce Pulman Arena, Papakura
Indoor sports complex · design and installation. Electrical installation for one of South Auckland’s largest indoor sports centres — six courts, switchboard capacity planned from the outset and building management systems to control running costs. A four-year project that won a 2017 national award from the Illuminating Engineering Society of Australia and New Zealand for design excellence and energy efficiency.
Te Karaka Station & Lodge, Waikaretu
Rural lodge and station · fit-out and generator. Electrical fit-out for main contractor Pukekohe Builders — more than 850 hours on site covering power and lighting throughout, mains installation and bathroom extract fans, plus cabling for exterior lighting and comms ducting. We also supplied and installed the site’s generator and its low-voltage mains, and still look after the station today.
