*Travel Charges
We use a zone-based travel system calculated from our depot at 82a Spartan Road, Takanini. The first 10 km is charged at $30 + GST, with additional zone charges applying for distances beyond that.
For return visits on the same job, travel will be charged per visit. Same-day revisits will not be charged twice.

BW Henderson charges a first-hour minimum of $160 + GST for standard jobs, which includes 1 hour labour, and call-out fee. After the first hour, labour is charged at $30 + GST per 15 minutes. A vehicle charge of $30 also applies.

Yes — materials and mileage are charged extra on every job. The vehicle charge is $30 per job. Material costs are confirmed after work begins and are additional to the labour rate. A travel surcharge also applies for locations more than 10km from our Takanini base — we will let you know when you book. All prices shown are plus GST.
