This growth has enabled team members like Travis to focus on their core strengths and opportunities, allowing them to take on more of what they enjoy and are good at, enhancing both efficiency and job satisfaction.
Originally the Service Manager at BW Henderson, he’s now on the tools again and welcomes the switch over. “I liked doing tenders and quotes, but I didn’t like the service manager side,” he says.
Chris has made a commitment to preserve BW Henderson’s local presence in Papakura. “BW Henderson is still the business you know and trust,” he says. We’re not getting rid of the brand. We want to grow it.” This approach will resonate strongly with BW Henderson’s established customers, who value the company’s local accessibility and reliability.
