BW Henderson Electrical carried out the full electrical fit-out for Game On, a new family entertainment centre in Takanini. The venue features arcade games, laser tag and hyper bowling. Working for Wallace Construction, our team delivered the electrical infrastructure for the fit-out from the ground up.
The scope included power and lighting circuits, DB board installation, emergency and exit lighting, and high-bay feature lighting. We designed circuits to suit each zone, including the arcade floor, laser tag arena and bowling lanes. Cabling and containment ran throughout the building, covering point-of-sale areas, back-of-house equipment and customer-facing zones. Overall, we coordinated closely with Wallace Construction’s construction programme, so trades could work efficiently on site alongside one another.
Our EWRB-registered electricians managed the project from planning through to installation. We worked to Master Electricians Quality Assured standards and backed the job with our workmanship guarantee. Additionally, we tested and certified every circuit before handover. As a result, Wallace Construction and Game On could be confident the electrical fit-out met New Zealand’s electrical safety standards.
A venue like Game On relies on its electrical systems every day. This runs from the arcade floor and laser tag arena through to the bowling lanes and back-of-house areas. Getting the fit-out right the first time means fewer issues later on. It also means a safer experience for staff and customers alike.
